SolveIT announces release of new module to its CustomView® suite of applications; signs up Aprons, Etc.
WESTBOROUGH, MA, Sept. 8, 2008 - SolveIT Inc. today announced it added a new module to its CustomView® suite of applications. It also announced that it has signed up Aprons, Etc as its client. The Westborough-based minority-owned IT solutions provider announced the release of eGain Module to its client
The module enables manufacturers to better connect with their customer base. The solution captures customer enquiries and helps the manufacturer to keep track of the enquiry. The module also gives complete control to the manufacturer and helps them better coordinate with the distributors.
